Generations in the making.
In our family, cutlets were never just dinner. They were the reason everyone came home. The recipe has been handed down through generations of our Italian family, cook to cook, kitchen to kitchen, and it's never been written down for anyone outside of it.
We grew up on it. Now we're sharing it with Tampa.
